Communication is key. Quick turnaround time is vital. And putting your client first is imperative. Rose had all these qualities and more. We had the best experience working with her. She provided clear communication to both parties and even fielded phone calls and texts while she was on vacation in Europe. In fact, she started the contract while on her vacation and was able to get our closing earlier than initially scheduled. She was transparent through the entire process and made us feel as comfortable as possible. She fielded multiple table negotiations with the other party and worked as a great representative for us. I should also add that on many occasions Rose worked late hours to ensure all our questions were answered. She also took plenty of time researching the area to ensure she provided updated and accurate information. Overall the best experience we could have asked for!

We live in Chicago and Rose has been our Realtor since 2005. She had helped us bought and sold properties. She took care of our investment property for over 11 years and we never had to make a trip back to Houston just to check our property and this saved us a lot of money in air fares and hotels. The last time we saw Rose and our property was 10 years ago! That's how much we trusted Rose. We could sleep in peace knowing that Rose was taking care of us.
Rose is very transparent - she would always send us photos and videos of any repairs or updating that was being done. She has shown a genuine dedication and honesty. She has set a very high standard in her work performance. Finally it was time that we sell our property which still looked almost like new!
