Rose has been our Realtor for over 12 years. She helped us when we bought our house and when it's time to sell, there's no one else better to help us sell than Rose. We found Rose by google search “best realtor in Houston” and it led us to HAR website where we found Rose. We relocated from California to Houston due to work. We didn’t know anybody, no friends, no family. The plan is to get a house but we don’t really know when and how to start. We picked our top 3 choices and emailed Rose first and within minutes we received a response. We talked for 3 hours that night, CA time which is midnight in Houston. Rose was very accommodating and straightforward and we instantly loved her. We didn’t even call the other 2 agents anymore. We wasted no time and went straight to business, setting up expectations and planning logistics. She set me up with a Loan officer that same night, and received our preapproval the next business day. This all happened during the 4th of July. Rose works on nights, weekends and holidays, bonus! We flew in to Houston for the very first time 10 days later, met with Rose on Friday , started house hunting and we found our dream home the following day. We submitted offer and with Rose's diligence and negotiation skills, we got a contract Saturday night and we went back to CA on Sunday and closed in 4 weeks! To us, that is a very fast turnaround. She was involved in all the steps of the buying process, reliable and passionate. She gets things done with integrity that you feel obligated to do your part efficiently and not waste time. One of the best experience is Rose’s welcoming personality, she represented Houston really well, it made us feel like we have a family here. Her and her family basically adopted us and help a great deal in our transition to Texas life! She is our forever friend and Realtor. Thanks so much Rose!

Rose is awesome! She sold my home, helped me buy my next one, and also helped my mom buy her new home. She's on top of everything, and was always available any time I needed her. I don't think she sleeps! Anytime one of my friends mentions selling their home, I immediately suggest Rose. My family won't use anyone else.
