Rose is by far the best realtor we have ever worked with. Her level of professionalism, attention to detail, market knowledge, and just know how about how the entire home buying process works is top notch.
It's very refreshing to work with someone who returns every phone call, text, and email quickly, keeps you in the loop the entire time, and truly looks out for your best interests. Rose is not some part time realtor that does this on the side, but a true real estate professional. My husband and I were really impressed in how she walked us through every step of the process even though this is not our first (or even 2nd) time buying a house, including helping us find inspectors and contractors. Her network of contacts is yet another reason to love her. She even did some work that the Seller's agent should have done and followed up with us after the sale.
We can't say enough wonderful things about Rose and if you are looking for a real estate agent to help you buy or sell your home, you can't find anyone better.

Rose always pulls through and never seem to falter even when the going gets tough. My tenant moved out and I needed the house shown and listed asap. I was worried at first because Rose was just coming back from vacation. As soon as she arrived home, she was able to list the house and lined up schedules. A prospective tenant immediately showed interest and wanted to move in by the next weekend. The house is not even move-in ready yet! Without skipping a beat, Rose managed to screen the applicant, schedule the house to be professionally cleaned/refurbished/repaired, and gather all the necessary documentations. She stayed on top of it while juggling her other clients also. The house was ready and in showroom condition by the time the tenants pulled in with their moving trucks. It was amazing! I don't know how Rose did it but she seems to pull through and do the impossible possible. She is a very trusted and reliable realtor and will not hesitate to recommend her to everyone. Great job and kudos yet again to Rose!

Rose has been our Realtor for many years. Recently she went out of the country on vacation. Our property was listed for lease during that time. It was amazing how she able to take care of our transaction while she was on the other side of the world with a 13 hour difference from Houston. Rose is a true professional!
My family and I were moving from Alabama to Texas and were looking at many rental properties online. After making a list of properties we were interested in, we contacted Rose. She gave us very helpful advice on which properties we should look at first due to things like location, traffic, and crime rate. She is extremely knowledgeable with the Houston area.
Due to work, neither me or my wife were able to travel to look at these properties. Rose visited several of the properties for us. At each of the properties, she recorded video footage as she walked through. This video footage was priceless! It provided a better perspective that we were not able to get from the photos online.
Rose's competence, efficiency and overall wisdom allowed us to confidently sign a rental lease on a home without ever visiting the property! After choosing our home, Rose also took time out of her busy work day to obtain a cashier's check for us and deliver our security deposit and first month's rent to the property manager. We hardly lifted a finger! Moving to another state can be very stressful. Rose took a huge chunk of stress off of our shoulders.
We arrived at our property and fell in love with it immediately. Thank you, Rose!!

I give Rose Cheng five well earned stars for helping me with an out of state (i live in CA) investment property that I've never even physically seen. In fact, I've never even met Rose because I've never flown into Texas. Rose came to me as a referral from a family friend that resides in Texas. I can see why she's successful at what she does. She's detailed in her contracts and always had my best interest in all of her dealings. What I appreciate most about Rose, is her honestly and transparency in all of her communication. She also makes herself avaliable in late hours of the night (time difference in CA) and is quick to respond to any of my needs (uses texts, email and electronic signing - great cuz I am on the road a lot).
