As first time homebuyers, Rose did an excellent job at walking us through the homebuying process and answering all of our many questions and concerns. She really helped us navigate the stressful homebuying experience.
She always took her time explaining everything to us making sure we fully understood all that went into buying a home. She communicated with us daily and gave us excellent advice. She was always reachable and always got back to us in a timely manner.
When it came to paperwork, she was very meticulous and made sure we understood what we were signing.
She also has many contacts for any type of work needed with the house and always shared those contacts with us.
Even after we closed on the house, she still kept in touch to make sure we got settled in alright.

Rose is a wonder real estate agent! Quick Communication any time! Rose made my condo listing so great with so many pictures. She uploaded so many more pictures then most listing! During the sale of my condo, I had some issues with my HOA. Rose went above and beyond and was extremely helpful when dealing with my HOA. Through the process of purchasing my first home, Rose made my first time experience amazing! Rose took the time to get to know me and help me choose which home would best be suited for me. Once deciding on my home, she did a thorough walk-through inspection noting even the slightest imperfections. Some of them being the uneven paint and wall texture. Unlike other real estate agents, she ensured these were fixed by the builder before proceeding with the purchase. Rose’s work ethic is impeccable! She was always there when I needed her! We found Rose in HAR and we were very impressed of her 5 Star Ratings and reviews. To our surprise, she picked up the phone when we first called her! We are first time Home Buyer and Rose has guided us in the entire process, explaining everything to us about the contract, our loan and closing and everything else. She was always protecting us and treated us like family. Although we were not buying an expensive home, Rose gave us a lot of her time and attention and making sure we were well taken care of.
