This was a very emotional process due to problems with the Appraisal. Rose followed through and stayed with me throughout the whole process. When I was ready to give up, Rose encouraged me to hang on and in the end everything worked out better that I could have ever imagined. The positive results came about because of Rose's tenacity.

I have known Rose for several years and each time that I have needed her assistance, she has always made herself available. She kept me updated on the process and even persuaded me to do a leaseback when I did not feel a leaseback would be necessary. However, in the end, those two leaseback days were more than needed.
