Rose is by far the most hardworking Realtor we have ever known. She has been our family Realtor for many years, whether it's buying or selling. She's very fast in answering our calls and texts and she is always available when we need her. She takes amazing photos and posted 50 photos for listing our homes. Rose is the best negotiator and she is always looking out for us just like family. Our closing got delayed because of the Buyer's lender's fault but Rose was very persistent with her non stop follow ups. She was confident that we will close and we sure did! Rose was able to negotiate with the builder in the price reduction even in today's hot market. She was also communicating with our lender to make sure that we were getting a good deal. During our walkthrough with the builder, she did an exceptional job in blue taping the walls and areas that need repainting or repairs. Rose is truly amazing and the best realtor agent. We never regret trusting her. We needed to relocate ASAP and never expected that Rose would make it possible! The day we met Rose we loved that she has an engaging personality that makes us more comfortable telling her our concerns and needs. We had a short stay in Houston that makes it complicated to find a house but because of Rose dedication with her job she finds ways. We didn't see the house personally. (the house is beyond what we expected!!) She did a virtual tour for us. She is sharp, keen on details, organized and makes things easy for us.
