It was time to sell my home of 25 yrs. The thought of doing this was stressful.My family had many fond memories of this home.
I would like to extend my appreciation for your extraordinary efforts. The relentless effort of finding our family a new place to stay prior to sale of our house was a challenge but it was during these difficult times when we needed your best and that was what we got! You provided that support and confidence we needed to know things would work out.
Then, came the time to sell our house . Your guidance in getting my home ready, attending the home inspection and presence for closing-NOW THAT IS SERVICE! Rose was awesome! Prior to listing with Rose, our house had been on the market for almost a year, and with two different agents. Neither one brought us an offer, and never followed up with us or the agents that brought Clients through our home. I felt like I was doing most of the work. Not with Rose! She came into the home, gave us some tips on staging, and stayed in contact with us from day one. She was always available if we had a question, and she immediately contacted the showing agent to get feedback from them. We had an offer within 3 weeks of listing with her. We've since closed on the home, but are renting the house back for a couple of weeks before releasing it to the new owner. Rose has offered to be with us when we do the final walk thru when we handover the property, and has stayed in touch with us to make sure everything is moving according to plan. I've sold several homes, and used several different agents, but Rose takes the cake! Whether you're an experienced buyer, or brand new to homeownership, Rose is your agent. I highly recommend her. If we decide to buy another home in Texas, we'll definitely use Rose!
