Rose was highly recommended by a business associate and from the moment that I have spoken with her over the phone, I knew she was going to be my Realtor! Rose has a smart and warm personality and I knew right away that I would be in good hands with her. She found me a newly built home in a great neighborhood. She negotiated with the builder so that I can get more incentives. She was also very proactive with the lending process, making sure that I'm getting a good deal on the loan. I was out of town during and after closing. I asked Rose if she can meet with my movers while I was away. She gladly helped me in dealing with the movers, making sure that all the boxes and furniture were delivered to my new home. She took videos and face timed while she was at my house with the movers. Now that's above and beyond! Rose is always there when I needed a friend to listen. I have found the Best Realtor and a Good Friend! SHE IS THE BEST!
