We have been truly blessed by her presence during such a pivotal time in my family's life. There are really no words to describe the level of commitment you get from Rose, but I can definitely tell you that she is the epitome of hard work and determination. My house was on the market for nearly a year; most agents would have given up within a couple of months, but Rose never stopped fighting. Even after hurricane Harvey, Rose went to check on the house when most of the roads were still flooded. Once again, it's hard to describe how she goes above and beyond, but I can assure you that she will always have your best interest in mind and that she will be fully transparent at all times. And when it comes to negotiation, she's tough, so rest assure, with her on your side, nobody will be taking advantage of you. At this point, Rose is like family to me, and I can honestly say that she is extremely kind and charismatic, and that you will be 100% satisfied with her services. Rose is our family Realtor and we would not trust anyone else with buying or selling. She was able to get our house sold in a week! To prepare for the selling of our house, Rose helped us find a good contractor to make repairs and do remodeling. She checked on our house to make sure everything was good to go for our home to be listed. She really made the selling process easy and stress free. We left it in her hands to take care of us and she treated us just like family. She always looks out for our best interests and has gone above and beyond in everything she has done for us. She is very quick in responding to our emails, texts and calls. She always made sure to make time for us no matter how busy she was. It is very hard to find Realtors that are this GOOD! We have been working with Rose for many years now, and she has helped us with all of our home buying and selling needs. When buying this home, we must have seen over 100 homes (all over town and even to The Woodlands!), but Rose was always enthusiastic and never seemed tired of taking us to see potential homes. Rose Cheng in one word, OUTSTANDING. My fiancé and I, being first-time home buyers, needed all the assistance and guidance we could get. From our first correspondence we knew she was the perfect Realtor for us. She is extremely knowledgeable, patient, and has proven to be an expert negotiator. She even managed to negotiate for things in our favor we were not expecting! Talk about amazing customer service! She has exceeded all expectations. She was always available to us by phone and text even late into the night. She went out of her way to accommodate our schedules and did whatever it took to take us to the closing table to close on our dream home as soon as possible. We did not have a single worry because she kept us updated throughout the entire process. It was a big load off our minds knowing that our best interests were always being looked out for. Rose is the best realtor ever!! She has been my realtor from my previous property seven years ago. On our next rental She was able to find exactly what we were looking for. We found Rose in HAR due to her 5 star ratings 6 years ago. We were very impressed with her expertise and great work ethics. She was our buyer's agent then and we were very happy with her service. She also helped us find a great tenant for our property. 6 years later, she listed our property for lease and again , she found us a great tenant.
