She helped us clear out any questions we had with the lender before we even started house hunting. When we got our loan preapproved, we found the house within the first day and made an offer that evening. After a few email conversations between Rose and the seller’s agent, they accepted our offer. The 5 star rating is not enough to rate Rose's performance as a realtor. I would give her 10 stars if possible. That's how much we are satisfied with her for helping us sell our home in Houston. Rose was recommended to us by our son, who just purchased a new home last year. My son and his wife were very happy with Rose for assisting them in purchasing their first home so without hesitation, my son recommended Rose to us to help us sell our house. We were impressed with her energy and dedication to her work. She made us feel like VIPs even though we are only selling a modest home. We have worked with other realtors in the past but we have not seen any realtor like Rose. What sets Rose apart from other realtors is her ability to build a genuine relationship with her clients. She treated us like we were friends for a long time already. We were a little concerned initially because we live in another state and we would not be able to prepare the house for the sale but Rose took those concerns away. She helped us improve the value of our house and was able to put it on the market in short amount of time. We received great offers in just 1-2 days and sold it at a higher price than what we have expected. It would be nice though if we can find somebody like Rose in another state so we can sell our other property. We will recommend Rose to anyone we know in Houston. Thank you Rose.

Rose was recommended to me by a close friend. Turns out, we found a gem! During house shows, her firm provided strong logistics support so we could manage unplanned shows on the same trip. We're often able to visit multiple houses per each trip, she optimized the routes for us so we won't waste time. After only 2 houses, she knew what we were looking for, so the rest was easy in finding our beloved family home. If you are reading this review, my recommendation is to trust her instincts. She won't baffle you into making a hasty buy. Every house we were considering, she was thinking steps ahead and 10 things beyond what we could ever think off. Rose treated our experience as her own. On each visit, she'd let us know whether the house is worth getting or not. And if the house didn't completely fit our requirements, she'd provide insight on renovation tasks to get there. She has a ton of contacts in that respect, a big plus! She looks for details and signs of issues with the house. it's like having an inspector and a Realtor in one. Rose is very knowledgeable about the locales and economics. For our renovation list, she'd tell us if it's worth doing, considering the home location and how much we'd get back on resale; it helped us in managing our to-do list. She's always available when we needed her. She's very diligent with next action items, never need to remind her to do anything. Her emails are short/sweet and would nail down all of my pain points. When we found our house, she lined everything up for the offer/pending/acceptance/lending all in one weekend. Thanks to her, our buying was made easy. During loan underwriting, she even spent hours at night with us to explain the contract and the buying process. On occasions, conversations go into midnight. It's that personal touch and heartbeat which made it so easy for us. We found our agent, and we would highly recommend her to anyone looking for a house. Thanks Rose!

ms. Rose was very helpful and exhibited tremendous knowledge on this subject matter. She is very forthcoming and honest and did not hesitate to teach us about leasing a house. she is very prompt in replying to any queries you may have,whether by texting,email or phonecalls, even if late at night. she also follows up on us and checking if there was anything else we had needed. Even though this was just a leasing of a house and not a purchase she gave us the VIP treatment and we are very impressed with her services.

Rose is the absolute best in town, period! She will do whatever it takes to find you the right home at the right price. She will answer emails at 2 in the morning and be up and running by 7. She’s a tiger when it comes to negotiating repairs with the seller and rest assure, you won’t have to pay for any repairs that the seller should be paying for. Her attitude is not driven by commission; I was originally looking for a house in the 300-350k range but I soon changed my mind and started looking at a more affordable home and her attitude didn’t change one bit, even though her commission was going to be significantly less. This is an honest review and I guarantee you you won’t regret working with her. Once again, she is the absolute best in town.

Rose has been our realtor for over 8 years.She has always shown excellence and dedication in what she does.She answers our calls,texts and emails almost immediately even at nights. She is very knowledgeable in real state and she always makes us feel safe with her warmth and sincerity.While working with her, you can tell that she really cares and will do whatever it takes not just a real state. I met Rose her through my friend. She told be all the GREAT experiences she had with Rose. Therefore, I decided to call her. After talking to Rose, she gave us great advices and convinced us to sell the house as soon as possible because of the house market. Don't let her charm fool you - with almost a decade of experience, she knows her stuff and is well connected in the Houston community (and beyond) and uses those relationships to help problem solve a situation. We had a tricky time trying to sell our house because it was during the holidays. She made our lives easier by giving us pointers how to make our house more marketable, helping us find good contractors to do some renovations, and she knows how to do interior decorating and landscaping too! After putting our house in the market we received offers the next day. We can’t ask for anything for more, she is a JACK of ALL Trades. Rose is a smart negotiator, an attribute that has been refined through the number of transactions she's been a part of on both the buying and selling end. Her advice during this negotiating phase was invaluable and after we talked, she always made us feel better about whatever decision we were about to make. She always sent us updates regarding the buyer’s loan status and closing dates. She really had my song-and-dance down i.e. me sending knee jerk reaction emails or texts undoubtedly worried about a minute or obscure detail. She is available 24/7. But she displayed an amazing amount of patience in lightheartedly responding and giving me the straight talk to make me realize I was freaking out over nothing. Her timing and humor were much appreciated to break up any tension or stress of the process. She was right there with us giving us water and oxygen and answering any last minute questions as we nervously signed all of our closing docs. I would HIGHLY recommend her especially if you want someone who will go above and beyond for you and someone who truly cares about you as individuals.
