My husband and I were looking for our first home together and came across Rose on HAR. Her five star rating and all the positive comments didn't make it a difficult decision on which realtor we wanted to guide us though this major step in our lives. From day 1 Rose was on our side, helping, guiding, and explaining the whole process. I work long hours and it was really nice that Rose was available during off times to answer our questions/concerns via email, text and phone calls. Rose is the sweetest and most caring person you can meet and she made the house hunting process fun for us. We really appreciated the fact that she was genuine, honest, and very knowledgable. During the negotiation process we had to get a quote for repairs needed on the home and Rose went above and beyond to arrange for someone to meet us at the property on a Sunday morning to give us a quote so that negotiations would not be delayed. She definitely has the hook up for alarm systems to electricians to landscaping and many other home improvement contacts. Finding Rose on HAR is a blessing because her services doesn't just stop after we close on the house. We know that she is just a phone call away if we need help with home maintenance. We would like to highly recommend Rose to anyone needing realtor services! She understood our needs, respected our budget, and helped us negotiate for a better deal than expected!
