We live in Chicago. Rose is both our buyer when we looked for a house, and our seller agent when we sold the old house.
In short, she is the BEST agent I've ever met. She really knows her stuffs and not only she makes sure we get the best deal, she also protects us from bad deals.
She made everything easy for us, including handling all the paperwork, checking the house, contacting people, etc. We just need to sit down and relax.
Furthermore, she's also very easy to contact, either by email or phone, even at midnight. I am not sure how she can do this, but it looks like she never sleeps.
We are very please with Rose, and we will definitely contact her again if we need her.
