Toni Awadin the Realtor. I'm starting to lose the number of times I have used Mr. Awadin's services, because he is dependable, trustworthy, and a true expert in his field.
Using Toni as a Realtor is the default and the best option for us. I have had the privilege of knowing him since early 2010s, and will continue to know, and use, him as long as I'm involved in real estate.
Toni is equally good as a sellers agent and as a buyers agent.

Toni is very responsible, knowledgeable, honest, and responsive. I would think those are the top qualities of a great realtor and indeed he has all. We are glad to have left our home for him to manage for rental while we were in the middle of moving out of town. We wouldn't have done this while physically not being in Houston and still be able to rent out our home. I would go with Toni again and recommend him to others.
