We're not a first-time buyer and we had experience with many buyer agents in the past. Toni is an exceptional agent, professional, extremely knowledgeable and patient. Most agent requires an exclusive buyer agent agreement before even sending MLS emails but when I asked, he said we can do it later and we end up having no agreement at all. He knew that we'll be back working with him finding the right house. His service is reliable & superior. Our entire house buying experience was so much different & more enjoyable than previous ones.
