Toni is an outstanding realtor who worked with me for 2 years to find the house of my dream. Throughout the process, he was very patient and never did he once complaint about the length of the search. After finding the perfect house, Toni was also very aggressive in negotiating the best price for me. In addition, Toni provides excellent service and goes the extra mile to ensure everything is taken care for you. For example, the ex-owner of the house whom I buy the house from wanted to rent back the house from me for 3 weeks. During the stay, unfortunately, something was wrong with the AC and caused water damage to the flooring. Toni helped me get an AC guy and a plumber to fix the issue even although technically, this is no longer his job. He even went down personally to the house to make sure that the issue is fixed.
