Amazing experience overall. Not just with the house search, contacts and the buying process, but also a continuous follow up and immediate availability to answer any of my questions almost a year after we closed.
This was my very 1st house. There was a lot I didn’t know and was nervous about. Toni made it easy. He took time and show me the properties and explained the market needs: he asked me about my plans 5 years down the road and advised certain property types that fitted my needs/plans.
We found the property, closed and I moved into my new house in less than a month. The timing was very important, and Toni accommodated and executed that perfectly.
On top of that, there is an additional bonus of working with Toni. It’s been almost a year since I moved in, and I still contact Toni for any questions regarding the house (and some of them are pretty random: like good plumber, good AC etc.). I really appreciate how he is always available to help and answer my questions.
I will definitely be working with Toni and his team again for my next home purchase.
