This is the third time i have worked with Toni.As a first home buyer there were so many thing i don't know,Toni was very helpful,did a lot of things that went beyond the usual, always think ahead and take care of things before i encounter them. He was very honest with what he thinks about the house.If he believes that the house unreasonably over priced or if something about the house that will make it hard to sell in the future definitely he will let you know.
He managed very well in the purchasing procedure to deal with various problems emerged in inspection,loan, repairing,closing,etc. I know that i can always go to him for questions or find someone through him who would take care of my home issues. As a first homebuyer, buying a new house can be a very daunting and intimidating experience; however, working with Toni has helped cruise the whole process with ease and full confidence that everything he did was for my best interest.
Starting by being an almost completely clueless customer, Toni's knowledge of Houston's housing market, recommended neighborhood, and house pricing trends had helped me tremendously to focus and narrow down my house searching. He has also made himself available to answer all of my questions from financing processes, Escrow, typical house repair, closing process, home insurance, home warranty, and pretty much anything you can think of during the whole process of buying a new house. Additionally, his recommendation for loan officers, home inspectors, home warranty and insurance have been invaluable resources.
With his friendly and casual yet professional and conservative approach, never once that I ever doubted that he is not working for my best interest and my interest only. He always provides objective and reasonable pros and cons for all the options I was facing which help me greatly in my decision making without being forceful and intimidating.
I believe that the experience would have been different should Toni was not my Realtor. I cannot give a better recommendation for anyone who is looking for a Realtor other than Toni Awadin.

If i can describe Toni in simple words, "always one step ahead". With his experience in screening and understanding what tenants looking for, he always thinking ahead in accordance of what i need. Toni keep communication to minimal and effective, without mumbo jumbo but with enough details and frequencies to keep me in the loop. He understand that i am detail-oriented person and work patiently with me in finding tenants for my rental property.
