Toni negotiated effectively on the dream house ("home" in realtor-speak), explained in detail every step, form, and dotted line. When I asked questions, he gave detailed answers. By end of the process, Toni is a friend now. He was recommended to me by a dear friend. I am so glad that I have worked with him. It was my first time buying a house and there were so many things I don’t know about. He was very helpful and would always explain things clearly. He thinks ahead and takes care of things before I encounter them. He is very professional and knowledgeable about what he does and he would do his best to get more for his client in a very professional manner and would not push for things that seem unreasonable. He was never pushy and was very very honest with what he thinks about the house. If he believes that the house is unreasonably over-priced, or if something about the house that will make it hard to sale in the future, trust me, he will let you know. We probably have seen more than 20 houses and met up 8 times before I submitted my final offer. There was one time, after many house trips, that I wanted to just settle on a small house. I remember he told me that his job is to find a house that I love and the worst thing that would happen to him is if I call him say that I regretted my purchase decision. Therefore, the number of house-seeing trips is not an issue and he will spend time with you to look for the house you love. He is also well connected with a lending company, inspectors, painter, pest control, carpet cleaning and AC inspector etc. My loan went very smoothly and all the documents were requested ahead of time and there were no last min surprises. Really liked every party he recommended. That is why Toni is a friend now and I know that I can always go to him for questions or find someone through him who would take care of my house issues. You will like and appreciate the experience working with him during and even after you purchased your new home!

Toni is very easy to work with. He really cares about you and treat the house as if he is the one buying it. During inspections, he helped blue tape the house and kept track of what need to be fixed. He also helped me a lot with understanding the loan agreement, closing docs, etc. I am very satisfied and very lucky to have him as my Realtor.
