When my fiancé and I decided to look for our first home, we had that fear that we will find incompetent realtor that will pressure us to buy the most expensive house at the worst location within the shortest time-frame. We are picky buyers and we want our first home to be perfect.
Toni is very knowledgeable and he's honest. Toni patiently guided us in finding the right house. He wasn't there to just earn his commission ASAP and leave us stranded. He provided his professional opinion and objective observation of the houses we saw. He wanted to make sure we knew exactly what we got ourselves into, which was greatly appreciated.
Toni definitely lives up to his stellar rating. If we could give him more than 5 stars, we would. In the end, trust is something to earn and Toni has earned ours. My fiancé and I can vouch that Toni will put his client's best interest in finding their dream home. I will use his service again for my next house(s).
