Karishma & spouse Vic worked as a team with me regarding the paperwork, professional photos, & listing of my townhome in the Galleria area. Within a few hours of MLS appearing, I had a first showing and offer. They advised me every step along the way regarding the buyers lending procedures and inspections, change in plans, and coordinating title company appointments, using text and electronic forms around my busy work schedule. They kept in touch when I asked questions along the way.
