In the past, we have worked with Asrani Partners to buy our house. This time we decided to engage them for renting out one of homes. They have nailed this down to a science.
When we bought the property, Vic was already given me ideas on how to make the property rent ready and basically thinking 2 steps ahead. Vic knows the market really well and priced it appropriately whereby we had multiple showings the first weekend of listing and the property was rented out within a week.
Asrani Partners are honest with their communication and will even advice you to back off a property / deal if its not right for you. As we continue to work with them we have realized that they are a 'one-stop shop' for everything real estate related.

Karishma and Vik helped us to sell our house this summer inside the loop in Cottage Grove. It was not easy as the market was changing quickly in the few months we worked together. But they understood the market and were monitoring it constantly. First, they did an outstanding job of helping us to stage and then presenting our home. The professional video they did was amazing. They brought a lot of traffic quickly. Then, Vik communicated often and with a very detailed analysis of what he was seeing and how we should adjust our offering. He was very thorough in this analysis, more than I’ve experienced from other realtors. Then, the final negotiating and inspection was as smooth as it could be. Again, I give Vik that credit, as he supported us in the details.
