Karishma was away at a real estate convention for 10 days, during this important time period, it would have been more valuable for us to have her closer to home and more "there" for us for this time period. Other agents filled in, but the experience was not quite the same. Just seemed to be a disconnect during this time period. I felt out of the loop, and that my hands were tied to get things done, accomplished, and on time.
