Karishma Asrani worked with us patiently for 6 months while we searched for the perfect home. As soon as a property came on the market, she would always make time to take us to see it and sometimes even within the hour! Karishma is very knowledgeable regarding property value, desirability of neighborhoods, and building structures. Once we were in contract, she fought fiercly to get us every dollar when it came to property repairs. I highly recommend her as a realtor!

My house was for sale in Fall 2008 under another realtor. It was on the market for 60 days with no offers. In Fall 2009, I contacted Karishma to sell my house. I followed her advice and had multiple offers the first weekend that the house was on the market. We didn't even have time to put the For Sale sign on the front lawn. Remember, this is during a "weak" economy. Everything Karishma said would happen did and I highly recommend her. She knows this business!
