My husband and I worked primarily with Vic, but Karishma's entire team was fabulous. Vic was a wonderful match for us because he merges his knowledge of building construction with his experience in the Houston area to provide a level of detail that consistently gave us a sound basis for decision making. With background as a former practicing architect, we felt comfortable asking an array of questions about construction materials or construction practices, and felt confident that we were getting accurate advice. Vic also provided us with honest counseling about the pros and cons of homes on our list - he listened well to our interests and goals and would question us objectively to help us test whether we were meeting them/needed to re-evaluate them. Most importantly, Vic was incredibly patient, flexible with his time, and available - to meet with us face to face, to show residences, and communicated promptly through many mediums (text, phone, and email) to answer our stream of questions. Even on the few times his schedule was such that he could not meet us, he arranged for another team member (thanks Alyssa!!) to help us. We highly recommend Vic and the whole of Karishma's team.
