I can t say enough good things about Vic who helped us buy a house in a rushed timeline 1 month . Vic has deep expertise in the Houston areas we were looking at inside the loop good schools and worked with us patiently to chat through pros cons of each neighborhood. As we started looking at houses, he made excellent recommendations based on our criteria, and he was always available Very quick to schedule the viewings and to answer each and every question we had. We really needed this because of our rushed timeline and because at the current the housing market with such low inventory houses were going off market in 3 days He always had our best interest at heart I remember him advocating against a couple houses that we were ready to put an offer for and for very valid reasons that we later understood and are thankful for.
