Wayne helped my Wife and I with our first out of state investment property. His knowledge of the Houston area and experience of the business gave us confidence in our purchase.
This purchase had some extra challenges as the property was mid remodel when the purchase was initiated and needed to be finished by closing. Wayne did a great job of helping us navigate through this complicated purchase with several addendum’s to the contract, complex negotiations and rigorous for inspections. Because Wayne is so well-connected in the area, he was able connect us with several professional tradesmen for inspections to produce necessary reports required for closing And assurance all work performed was permitted done to code. I highly recommend Wayne for all real estate transactions in the Houston area.
