Two days! Wayne Cohen sold our house in two days, and we don't live inside the beltway in Houston. Ours is a house in the country between Dickinson and Alvin. He proves the point that you don't need a realtor who lives in your area to sell your home. What's needed is a good negotiator and a person who is patient with clients who know nothing about selling a home (that would be me). Wayne negotiated a price far above what I thought we'd get, and he patiently and promptly answered all my questions and concerns along the way. He also gave us good advice on how to prepare our home without hedging his bets by seeming to argue both sides of the debate. Clarity brings calm and his clarity is much appreciated. I could go on and on, but all that needs to be said is that he sold our house in two days!
