Wayne was an absolute pleasure to work with. He brought a perfect blend of professionalism and aggressiveness to our home sale and was able to close our home quickly. Wayne communicated throughout the process but managed the communication in such a way that we never felt "bogged down" during the sale process. We were moving as part of a relocation and Wayne's ability to navigate the relocation "obstacles" was impressive.
