Wayne Cohen and Amy Bernstein got us an excellent result on the recent sale of our Bellaire house. Wayne also helped us buy the house when we were first relocated to Houston. He provided an excellent service, with great market knowledge, negotiation and analytical skills. We bought the house for a price we were very happy with, and had three very happy years there. When it came time to leave, he recommended a listing price that was higher than our expectations based on his market knowledge. This analysis proved to be correct. We met Wayne when we were looking to see a house online. He was, and continued to be, very responsive throughout the process. He was knowledgeable of the market, very flexible when it came to meeting with us and speaking to us. He was extremely helpful through the process as this was our first home.
