Wayne was great. He found us EXACTLY what we were looking for and was able to help us secure the rental despite very competitive offers from other potential renters. He moved quickly, communicated clearly, and went out of his way to make sure we could see the house and apply in a timely manner, as he knew it would go fast. Without his knowledge of the market and his good relationship with other agents we never would have been able to find what we were looking for. We are so happy with the outcome!

Really enjoyed working with Wayne to purchase our first home. He made it very easy to get documents signed electronically since my boyfriend worked out of town . He was always available and even texted me with updates on our the home on Christmas Day. He helped us get a faster close also which really helped us out. I can't say enough great things about him. defianly made the whole buying a home process very easy. Also added in the home warranty in the closing which could come in handy. Defianly would refer him to a friend !
