Is there a standard % increase in HOA fees for high rise buildings?


I don't think there is a standard or rate increase. I think you should check with each HOA separately. I've seen them go a year with no increase and Ive seen them have a large increase. Sometimes there will be a special assessment that will be charged more...Posted 10 years ago
