What determines the cost of property tax here in Houston? Is it Neighborhood? House's worth? Lot size?


All of those are included in the property tax. The appraisal district gives a value on it for tax purposes. So yes, it depends on the value, size, area and lot size. I you feel that your value is too high you can protest with the appraisal district. more...Posted 11 years ago

How do I find or search for expired listings on MLS?


Just like Veronica said and make sure you put in a date or you will get a ton of expireds from way back when. Most of which would have already re-listed and sold. So check the history as well. Hope this helps. Posted 11 years ago
