I think you should contact the broker. Make sure you let the broker know the reason you are terminating. Poor communication is unacceptable. As as broker I would want to know why so I could have a talk with the agent.

Why is Move In ready home price much higher than plan available to build?

HOA dues cover common areas in the neighborhood, not your property. It takes care of things like the pool and landscaping. And much more, it takes a lot to take care of a neighborhood. Posted 11 years ago

Pet rent in Houston, TX for a 150K house


Usually there is a pet deposit, not pet rent. I always make pet deposits refundable. If the tenant thinks they aren't getting the deposit back they have no incentive to make sure the pet doesn't do any damage. Posted 11 years ago
