what is difference between option pending and pending?


Looks like you got your answer. Many buyers ask about this when they see a house they like go in to "OP". You can keep an eye on the listing and if it goes to pending "P" in will most likely go on to close. If not, it will go back on the market. more...Posted 10 years ago
