Moving from Tyler to Richmond. Home has had foundation work. Is this normal? Is Trinity Foundation reputable?


Lot's of houses have had foundation work. Make sure there is a transferable warranty. Most have a "lifetime" warranty, but ask what they consider a lifetime. Some companies say it's 10 years others say it's longer. You can always call Trinity Foundation more...Posted 11 years ago

Do you assist your client with staging or offer a staging specialist?


I help my sellers with staging. The main thing is to get rid off all the clutter (you are moving anyway, pack it up). They are buying the house, not your stuff. Don't forget to get the magnets off the refrigerator :)Posted 11 years ago

How do you win the bid when there are multiple offers on the table?


You have to out bid your competition. Which isn't easy because you don't know what others have bid. Give them your best offer and hope that yours is better than others. Keep in mind it's not always the price, sometimes the closing date is a big issue. more...Posted 11 years ago
