she is very nice lady .. she answers all our questions or concern about the house .. she very patient to listen and understood us we knew that very hard for her because English is our second langue and we spoke with a funny accent :-) .. but after all we both clear all hurdle

What a great experience it was to work with Yvonne. I've been in sales/management for over 40 years and would have been proud to have Yvonne as part of my team. I'm sure she would have moved quickly up the latter and taken over the business one day. She is driven, knowledgeable of her business and best of all, she understands people and how to read them, learning their wants, needs and dreams about a property.

Yvonne was a super hard worker and did an amazing job of representing me in my search for a new home! She was very on top of getting me all the information I needed and responded to all my questions very promptly if not immediately. This included answering all the questions from my parents who there along the ride. I also deeply appreciated that she accommodated my odd working schedule, so that I didn’t have to take off work except the day of closing and inspections.
In my search for a new home, I was moving closer to my parents so I had a VERY narrow area of interest. I also had a list of things that I really wanted in my house. With all these restrictions and a low inventory in my price range, she was very patient with me and did not pressure me into looking in areas that I wasn’t interested in looking. When it came time to make offers on a house in the area I wanted, she made sure to show me the research and comps so I that I didn’t overpay for the house or didn’t get into a house that I really couldn’t afford in the long run. I am really happy about the house I purchased and Yvonne made this whole process super pleasant, which I think is a very hard thing to do. I definitely recommend Yvonne!

I met Yvonne at an open house that she was covering for another agent. I liked that she never spoke poorly of the seller even when there were things in the house that were weird. Also, when I had questions about the house, she made sure to get back to me within 30 minutes after the open house finished. For all that she left a good impression. So when it came time to pick a realtor, I had my list of cards and she was the one picked.
I am glad I did because she has been such a hard worker and well trained. She even caught a fraudulent inspector that the buyer selected, who did not know that the the inspector was falsely advertising that were licensed through a certain agency.
She was very helpful in helping me figure out how to get my house staged. So much so that the number one positive comment from potential buyers was a result of her recommendations. It also helped sell my house in less than a week!
