Yvonne has well rounded experience in all aspects that helped us to sell our home from the virtual staging, open house and excellent negotiation skills. Yvonne made the entire process flow so smoothly for us. From the initial meeting of laying out everything we could expect and what we would need to produce, there was no unexpected surprises. We are very picky people and Yvonne Chauvin was perfect for us. She took the time to tell us what we could do to increase our profit. It took us some time to do MOST of the things she recommended and it really paid off!
Yvonne Chauvin handled everything! She was fantastic and the only time I felt stress during the whole process was due to a prospective buyer trying to drop his offer $15k at the last minute of the option period. We told him no and we got a better offer just a few days later. Yvonne's counsel was critical when we had to make any decision but particularly that one. We cannot praise Yvonne enough.
The whole process went more smoothly than we ever imagined because Yvonne Chauvin is extremely professional, highly knowledgeable, a fantastic communicator, patient, experienced and a determined negotiator.
