Yvonne exceeded our expectations! She was so easy to work with. Her knowledge was superior. My husband is not impressed easily, and he more than once commented on how impressed he was with her knowledge, her ease to work with, the way she made sure we understood every step completely. We moved out of state and she make the entire process seamless. She never over promised and we always felt like we were her priority. To say she met our expectations is an understatement! Yvonne is family not by blood but her heart was open to receive me. From the moment we met I knew I wanted her to sell my home. I wouldn't trust anyone but her. I was moving back to Illinois and selling my beautiful home in Texas. Yvonne calmed all my anxieties for this long trip. She helped me every step of the way from staging and making suggestions all along the way to help me sell my home at the most critical time. Her work ethic is impeccable, she always made me feel important. She kept me informed with any feedbacks from buyers and also stepped in when I wasn't available to respond to a showing because of my work schedule, she was always 10 steps ahead of everything. She negotiated the best price during these hard financial times, I was completely satisfied with my selling price. I miss seeing her but even now, she checks up on me and want to hear all that is going on in my life. 'Thank you' pales in comparison to all she does for her clients.

We had been worked with MS Chauvin before. She very helpful and nice patiently. First she helps us when we build our new house she followed and check the house at every stage from ground broke, foundation pour, frame up, dry wall install ..ect...until the house is finish ...Second .. after the kids are gone .. we are empty nest people and my wife wants down size.so we contact MS Yvonne Chauvin again and she help us from A to Z to sell this house ..this time she done the sale very smoothly from marketing ..advertising ..negating ......open house and closing the sale. Yvonne Chauvin is a lovely person very professional and does her due diligence. I love her knowledge and personality. She is amazing when asked any questions she responds with a smile and I really appreciate her behavior since I have little knowledge of real estate. For example I did not know how the selling process for a house will work, she guided me through whole process and gave very insightful advice through everything up to the end with signing. Ten out of ten real estate agent and guaranteed you will not regret having her sell your house or purchase a home.
