Wendy knew it was a personal challenge for me to sell my mother's home on her passing, and she was so sensitive to my feelings as well as my requirements and needs.
Wendy was someone I trusted with our objectives and someone I trusted in making sure all components of the deal received necessary attention. I did not have time to navigate the process, and she kept me informed while handling everything she could on my behalf. As a plus, she provided great counsel and resources when some repairs were requested by the buyer.
I anticipated nothing but professional and ethical behavior from Wendy - I was not disappointed in any way. And she was very responsive and accessible, always helpful and never rushing me in any way. We could not have been in better hands!

We selected Wendy Roloff because of her attention to detail and the excellent sales plan she put together, we cann speak high enough about her personal attention.
We gave Wendy the keys to opur home and she did all the rest while we went on to our new home, not having to worry about a thiung backl in Houston knowing we were in safe hands.
