Words cannot adequately express our appreciation for all you did to finalize the sale. We were crushed when the first buyers backed out and anticipated a long wait for another family to take interest. You were right when you said you would have it sold by start of school. You were always willing to spend whatever time was necessary to come up with solutions for every issue. You even called us with updates when you were out of town with your sick mother.
