Wendy Roloff (and her associate Nancy Brown) did an exceptional job selling my home. They were professional, knowledgeable, and skilled in pricing, staging and marketing my home. They clearly had experience in my neighborhood and the surrounding area, and up to date information on the real estate market conditions. I had prior experience with Wendy (she sold my son's home about 1 year ago). The staging of my home was perfect, and the first (and only) open house had 17 potential buyers. I had a contract in 48 hours and the sale closed in 28 days from the listing!! Wendy and Nancy did an exceptional job of communicating with me. I cannot recommend them enough!! I would give them a 12 on a 10 scale of excellence!!

Our move to Texas was part of a relocation program so it was important to me that the broker we used was trustworthy and knew the area. Wendy was both and so much more. She understood what it took to relocate and worked with us as we navigated the housing market remotely due to COVID. We were very lucky to find her and work with her.
Wendy and Nancy were amazing. We truly appreciated their assistance in buying our home. They were patient with us and really went out of their way to make us feel welcome and understood. They quickly grasped what we were looking for and had set up relevant houses for us to view. They were professional, approachable and fun. I consider them my first Houston friends.
