Lacrima truly showed us how talented she is in her profession. Not to mention her dedicated work, her confidence got us through finding a great tenant for our condo.
my house is very small and I don't even live in Houston any more. I had nothing but a doubt of getting any tenants at first. Lacrima,on the other hand, was very positive and made me feel valuable client.

Lacrima sold our house in less than two weeks, had multiple offers, and never compromised the sales price our our house. She does outstanding work. She's well informed, professional, personable, and she works really hard. I've given her card to numerous friends, a couple of whom have bought or sold sold houses with her. Everyone I've referred to her has been exceedingly happy with her work. I will remain a loyal client (now friend) of hers. She is outstanding!
