Lacrime Compean - Integrity, Experience, Compassion!!! First of all, Lacrima is a an amazingly special person and you will enjoy talking with her about your real estate needs. Secondly, Lacrima is also an interior designer, so she naturally has good insight into the visual aspects of a lot or a home which is great!. Third, Lacrima is an experienced real estate agent, so she knows the ins and outs of how to make a deal work and she definitely does follow up if anyone else is dropping the ball which keeps a deal moving forward. Fourth, Lacrima is a wife and a Mom, so she understands - and is concerned about - how a deal might effect your family; how child care or school districts might need to be considered in a family move, etc.. The fact that her husband is an architect (Tim O'Leary of Studio Loci) is well, just another added bonus for us since we are designing a home soon on the lot we just purchased with Lacrima's guidance.
