As a rental lease, the commission earned by the agent for the work involved was on the low end of the scale. For the amount of work put into the listing, however, the quality was as if the agent was listing a $1 million property. The property has been listed before with 3 other agents, but only this agent produced multiple pre-qualified applications, expert guidance, continued service for issues after closing. 5-stars for all categories.
