I agree...Tax value and market value are not necessarily the same. As a home owner you want your taxes to be as low as possible. Market value really depends on the area as 77077 has a large span of values. Just make sure your REALTOR knows the market. more...Posted 11 years ago

How much time does a buyer have to deposit earnest money after all parties have uted the contract?


Once the contract is uted and delivered the earnest money should be delivered to the title company immediately. If I am the Buyer's agent I am taking it to the title company myself. Likewise, the option fee is delivered to the seller/seller's agent. more...Posted 11 years ago
