Shannon made an important point.. the Houston listings on HAR.com are with REALTORS. If a real estate agent does not subscribe to the MLS then their listings would not be on there.

I, too, have one on my business card that takes someone directly to my website where they can access everything I have to offer.

Hi,

Each REALTOR is to represent his/her client's best interest. It seems the seller's agent is looking out for his/her client by entertaining other offers "just in case" yours doesn't close. That's between the seller and his/her agent.
