We are experiencing low inventory in the resale and rental markets in the Houston and Greater Houston areas. In other words there are few properties available and generally the good ones go quickly.

It will work similar to when a new home is built on a lot. Taxes are determined in advanced. So, you will be paying taxes on the land until the county "picks up" that there is a property on the land. Posted 10 years ago
