Definitely speak with a lender. It is ultimately the underwriters decision on whether to approve or reject a loan based on a variety of factors such as credit, debt-to-income ratio, etc.

HUD homes for Investors


I have purchased HUD homes in the past with hard money.

As long as you have pre-approval (usually they want you approved with the bank doing the foreclosing) or proof of funds you should be good to go.

I'm not really sure what you are asking. You signed in as a consumer and not a REALTOR. What property would you be showing?
