We are so very thankful that Sam was our estate agent. Sam is the total package with his designer tips, data analysis, and excellent customer service.
In reality, he is so much more than a real estate because he provided us with excellent tips for current fashion for curb appeal and house prep. We know he prepped well when other real estate agents commented on how well the house showed and because it sold in a week, all due to his advice.
Sam's expert knowledge of the Houston real estate market and more importantly his financial background provides a deep insight with his data analysis to back up. He was able to guide us through the mine fields of buying and selling homes, even handled difficult people deftly and firmly
Most importantly, Sam has old school customer service. He was always a available for any appointments and questions. It felt like we were his VIP multimillion dollar clients due to the amount of time and effort. Sam is always upbeat, polite, cordial, intelligent, and just an all-around-good-guy. Someone you want someone to just hang out with, have as a friend, or the interesting neighbor who always has fun at their house. Also, he has connections everywhere, so if you need anyone to work on your house who does a good job for reasonable price, Sam can deliver.
