My experience with "Sam" was nothing short of outstanding. He always took my best interest as his primary concern. He granted my desires not to have a sign out front; not to have a parade of people going through my house, because it is a tear-down. Other realtors did not respect my wishes, giving me arguments that it was not likely to sell without viewing the property. Sam never pushed me to do what was against my wishes. He is the greatest!
